How to flirt with a bartender?

I'm interested in this one bartender that works at my favorite bar. We've kind of been looking at each other back and forth, he sometimes says something to me when he passes by the table I'm sitting at, and few nights ago, he gave me a free drink... so, I'm curious, how does one flirt with a guy who is a bartender/waiter?

Also, visiting the bar how often is too much? I've been going there once every two weeks, but since this thing started, I go once or twice a week. I just don't want it to be too obvious that I started going there more often just because of him lol

Bartenders are at work. If its busy do not waste his time... he is trying to make money. If you bother him when he is busy it may actually piss him off. Now when its really dead he may have time to chat. Thats your moment. Just ask him about his job get a convo going. lThen maybe leave him your number and the ball is in his court. Be warned bartenders do tend to get quite a few phone numbers...

Kind of an overused line but I say you go for it. If he shoots you down, at least you'd know for sure he's not into you.
