True or false, women are like parking spaces?

Question

A man once said when you reach a certain age women are like parking spaces. You drive round and round looking for a free one but they're all taken so when no one's looking you stick it in the disabled one.
Is it true?

Lol, objectify much? But if you want to roll with that metaphor, you could make a case for that. Here's some more statements that fit the metaphor:

1. Only assholes take advantage of the disabled spots; that is, if they aren't truly deserving of them. (loose metaphor, but a guy should care for a disabled woman if he's dating her, not just taking her as the bottom of the barrel option. And parking in handicapped without a placard is a total dick move; not something that decent people would even think of doing.)

2. The best spots are taken quickly, but they also open up now and then. But you have to act fast, because people are waiting to jump on that prime spot.

3. Sometimes there's a great spot just around the corner, with no time limit, shade, etc. Just an amazing spot that no one took the time to find.

4. Lastly, if you ride a motorcycle, you'll always find parking easy, and often in the perfect spot.

There are a few reserved spaces that, if you use them, there is a substantial penalty.
There are others free to use, first come, first served.
At the end of the day you empty them out, sweep clean, ready for use again.
There are some you pay for by the hour.
I'm disabled but not so bad that I can't walk a little distance.
I tend to park further out and use one that's seldom used so I never have to drive around looking. I tend to park right next to the little station where you leave the grocery carts and the trash bins but the furthest out.
I arrive, there's always one open and waiting, pop right in, do my business for as long as I need to, unload my goods, pull out and I'm on my way. Efficient use of time and quite tidy.

I've heard this phrased as men are like parking spaces, all the good ones are taken. I've never heard the version in your question, but I'd be the one to park way out and gets banged up.

I guess. But if a guy finds a woman worth having serious with & he wants that then he gets his name on that parking space and it's always there for him. Most women today aren't worth serious. They don't like to hear it but that's all on them for their life choices.

No don't be silly, guys don't park in the disabled spaces if they can't find a woman er, I mean parking space, they go over to the men only car park.
These car parks are for long term single guys, that have never managed to find a conventional parking space. They have spaces for 2 cars, the first guy parks up and then opens his boot, then the second guy comes up and parks right up in his boot 🤣🤣🤣

In a way yes. The women might be parking spaces, the men might try to park in them, BUT Jesus who is the word of God who is God owns the parking lot. The parking lot has cars in it that are parking chaotically in the parking spaces. Some are parked sideways and crooked taking many places and not caring at all, others are others are choosing not to park in it at all from there being no room.

Women are like parking spaces. Gets tons of cars parking for free or the cost of a drink. No need to commit to one they are everywhere. Even if you did buy or lease a private space, eventually someone else will park in it at your expense. You can tow the car but it will never be the same 😭

Not true. Realistically, men will complain that the space is too tight, it’s ‘small car parking only’, is too far from everything, that its his favourite spot but someone else is in his spot. He’ll park almost sideways to ensure no one else encroaches on ‘his’ space. He’ll take pride in how well he’s parked his car, especially if its a snug spot, or even if he’s scored a highly prized parking spot.

I have been in my share of parking spaces.. some had lots of room and some were a little tight together into but always managed to squeeze in. I do keep forgetting to put some coins in the parking meter though.
