It is a total lack of respect to call you "boob" because breasts are generally not viewed as something nice or beautiful. I would consider that an insult and ask him why he thinks he needs to insult you like that.

It appears to me that this guy is a toxic person and rather than to call you by your first name, he prefers to insult you by calling you "a body part".

It is about the same courtesy as to call him "dick head". That is also a body part and is generally viewed as something very negative and pejorative.

Id, find out why he changed, and go into what you don't mind vs what you don't like. It may take a minute he might slip if he's already gotten to used to it but if he cares for you he will change.
