Do I just like his face?

There is this guy that I know, I'll call him A and I have feelings for him but I can't identify what kind of feelings. He has a face that I find cute, handsome and lovely and there is someone else who reminds me of him and both of them have the same type of face and every time I see that other person, I find him adorable and he reminds me of A. I think about A everyday and I find myself longing for his attention but I'm not sure what this feeling means. Don't get me wrong, I like his personality too and find him funny and admirable but we don't see each other that often and we don't have that much in common from our previous chats but we get along well when we see each other. He doesn't post much on his Instagram but he often checks my stories so that's when I see his face haha. anybody ever experience anything like this before?

And then you'd be more annoyed because he'd think he's doing the right thing all the time

I want to text him but sometimes he seems, how do I put it? A bit cold so that is a bit intimidating because what if he doesn't want to talk to me or something. I am the one who initiated following him on Instagram and it took him weeks to accept and follow back. He never interacts with my posts, he just regularly checks my stories that's all. lol We rarely see each other because he lives far so our communication is limited. I saw him briefly a few weeks ago, he greeted our mutual friend with a hug and I was behind her so he gave me a hug too which I honestly wasn't expecting. I guess I was also just trying to figure my own feelings out before making my interest known if that makes sense.
