Long story short:

Met this guy in class and we have been friends for a while. He added me on snap and has been texting me ever since. My friend asked him if he had a crush on me and he said yes. Here's the thing, he's def not my type, but he's so nice. He's like prob one of the nicest boys I've met. He is so kind to me and I don't know if I like him or not. What do you think?

Why not go on a few dates with him and get to know him. If there is no physical spark, then just be friends.

Give him a chance, personallity matters way more than looks in the long run. When looking for a partner being with someone who you aren't scared to be yourself around and truly enjoy their company is the most important thing.
