Do you think he likes me?

I kinda like this guy I work with. We’ve never spoken to each other but we always have these awkward bump into each other moments in the hallway. He’s always holding doors open for me and letting me go first in front of him. One time we were both in the lift together and when the lift doors opened he let me walk out first and said “after you”. Another time we were both at a joint teams work conference day and when the day was over and everyone was exiting the building we both got to the door at the same time and had a really awkward moment where neither of us knew who was going to walk through the door first so he laughed and said “after you”.

I have also seen him glancing at me a lot from my peripheral vision and just get this feeling that he keeps looking at me and have noticed when we are in a room full of people he will keep glancing over in my general direction.

Another time we walked past each other in the corridor and he smiled and said hi to me so I said hello back. The other day we were talking in a group of people and he joined our discussion but I got all shy and nervous so I stopped talking in the group. Then a separate time I was talking to two people and he kept lingering around us as if he wanted to join the conversation but then left quickly after.

Do you think he could like me back and is too shy to talk to me?
