He never looks happy and is quite insecure about his height and body (he's 5.4 and very skinny) but to compensate that, he calls everyone shorter than him short and thinks he's very handsome (he's okay in looks, not very attractive but not ugly either, just normal in appearance), always taking pics in various poses.
He fights a lot with his friends and several of his old friends or longtime friends have broken up with him and unfollowed him on social media platforms. Most of his friendships are on shallow , surface level.
He hooks up a lot or at least tries to get a lot of girls to sleep with him, also working in a bar and has strange ideas. Like on our first date itself he was saying he wants to go to a secluded cottage for 1 or 2 weeks break (indirectly hinting that I should go with him).
He also tried to make me jealous on more than one ocassion.

I dont know if I can trust this guy because he had not expressed anything and fir several months, we had little to no contact when he suddenly changed his attitude towards me and confessed that he struggled with feelings of commitment but wants to exclusively be with me because he developed feelings (saying I'm different that's why).
What should I do? He has issues?
