How to approach a guy at school who is a total stranger?

I have crush on a guy in school, and he is from another section... how can I approach him so he don't feel like I'm some kind of creep, and how to not sound awkward

Either search him out when he is alone and introduce yourself to him. So many times, I wish I just came out and introduced myself to a girl in HS, even college but was more worried about rejection than hitting it off. OR find someone who knows him and make the connection that way. Don't confront him in a group setting, best is when he is alone and just introduce yourself. Worst case scenario he blows you off, but he never will if alone. Talk about an event at school or something that just happened.

Have something in your hand and walk into him and drop it. Say your sorry and see if he helps pick it up. This is a great first judge of character too.

Walk past smile and say hello or good morning, ask an open question, like “hello, how are you?
Try and get him on his own or with another friend and walk past with one of your friends too
