How to look approachable to a guy your in a school club with but haven’t talked to?

Long story short they’re this cute guy in my writing club but our teacher manager does a lot of stuff so as a group unless we’re brainstorming as a club we don’t talk too much ande I’m also increíble anxious about starting conversations and stuff because it just seems infinitely awkward and impossible no matter how many times people tell me it’s not. I see him looking at me sometimes so maybe Im lucky and he at least thinks I’m kinda cute. How do I make myself approachable for him to come to me? we already share a mutual interest by being in the club together but I just don’t know what to say so I’d rather him talk to me first.

I would say just approach him. Stop waiting around.

I am sure there is fear of rejection. But you never know unless you ask. Even worst case scenario he says no. Then you have closure and can stop waiting around on someone who will never make a move and try your hopes up for nothing.

Another thing is. That he could be nervous and fear of rejection. Then he might start loosing interest and find someone else attractive who he thinks he will have a better chance with.

Remember. Crushed come and go. So he might like you NOW…. But. He waits around and he could loose feelings.

That or. You never know. Another girl could be direct with him and he will say yes. Then it’s pretty much game over for you if he says yes.

So just approach and stop waiting

Here’s what you do. Ask him to take a look at one of your stories and tell you what he thinks. Then offer to do it for one of his. Then just start talking about regular stuff.
