Sounds it. Just by simple deduction one could enquire a model of such type will be attractive to majority of people therefore pretty and the job and followers are obvious evidence to back it up.
If one wants to say she's not attractive actually that's their own personal opinion. But factually the woman has followers and a literal job because she is.
