I’m a 19M, work pretty strict hours at very inconvenient times. I work my own shift alone and am not allowed to flirt with anyone while on it. I’m abstinent and want the same from a partner. I wouldn’t say I’m bad looking, I’ve been told I’m above average by people aswell. I have high standards, and I recognize that. But I don’t want to lower them. I just need to know where to fucking meet people with my schedule.

Not everyone is 9-5. Not everyone is giving themselves away at the drop of a hat. So in saying that, there are likeminded people out there, but maybe you just have to be a little more patient and work a little bit harder to find them than the average person.


Think of places people like yourself would hang out. Youth groups? Church groups? They tend to be abstinent. And have like minded views on abstaining. They may also hold events, parties, gatherings, activities etc.


There may be apps that you can sign up to that you can meet people on. This may work with your schedule since you work odd hours. In these apps you can list exactly what you are and are not looking for. What you can and cannot give time wise.


Other ideas could be speed dating. Match making service.
