Love is kind of like a high that you get from the excitement of meeting someone who satisfies your cravings for attention, sex, intimacy, affection, caring for someone and feeling valued. Some people like me really do feel complete and absolutely content with life when I'm in love.
Of course like any great high, there's gonna be devastating lows that come along with it. You feel on top of the world when things are going well between you two, and when they aren't, or you break up, you feel completely broken. You can't eat, sleep, or feel happy until you are with her again. It's an addiction, no doubt about it.

It is real and it is when you value them more than you. I value my parents and my sister more than me. I don't have anyone else to love. So no romantic love. But I guess romantic love is similar.

It's the most amazing feeling one can have. You just know they're the right person for you, and you would die both for them and without them. Everything in life becomes easier and more colorful, and on days you feel weak you know they're there to keep you standing, and you do the same for them. It's harmonious, it feels like your souls blend into one. It brings you peace, it feels like you've found what you didn't even know you were looking for.
