Women comprehend what different men value but aren't necessarily going to change their own dating strategies to accommodate, especially then they're young.

Many irresponsible men will do anything, say anything to get a chance to get laid be it a casual or steady relationship. At the same time, their friends will consider a woman used or loose once his buddy actually gets it. Men who date using that strategy never actually respect women, let alone see themselves trying to make her happy.

As a woman, dating is like playing minesweeper. All guys saying the same things and all parties jest at you (yes even the 'nice" guys) when you pick and sleep with the 'wrong guy' because someone was a good liar.

Yes, dating for men is hard. We understand that to 'get a chance' you have to do more work, you can be rejected on 1,000 menial things, and sex isn't something you can take for granted. The thing is, you have other men making the game harder by using and disposing of 'good' women instead of treating them as someone else's future girlfriend.

Reduce, reuse, recycle can be a bitch sometimes.
