Finding this situation interesting: I look young for my age, have youthful energy and 20 year old women attempt to aggressively compete with me?

Even if I'm having a simple conversation. Many are shocked, can't get over that I'm wrinkle free and not "weighty" in behaviour. Why are these ladies acting this way?

What do you mean by compete? Like what are they doing?

Trying to talk over me when speaking with the guy, interrupting, disturbing, coming in uninvited when they have no reason to butt in. Crowding around us as we start talking and then getting rather invasive -some have gone as far as asking the guy if he was into me in close proximity (& I had stepped back because I'm not into aggressive desperation).
I had this with hot bosses too (one of them did get involved with me quietly eventhough people kept trying to know our business). A more recent scenario was me being my boss' second in command. These girls thought it was their right to butt in and be in his vision and to communicate frequently eventhough, that was my job. All those girls have since left and I'm still here and working with him as his right hand colleague, regardless.
