Because a woman having a male best friend does not mean that they are romantically or sexually involved with each other, therefore, she is still considered single, and can be on a dating app if she wants.
Why not ask her yourself if you’re so curious about it, because you’re the one who is able to contact her, and ask about the circumstances of the friendship. I only provided you with a general piece of knowledge, explaining that having a best friend of the opposite sex doesn’t mean they’re in a relationship together of any kind.
People are allowed to have best friends, and people are allowed to LOVE their best friends. That friendship love is not the same as romantic love.
I like a guy I met years ago but too many obstacles - and since I did not date him - I do not know how I would feel about him after the newness wears off.
