Why hasn't he blocked me?

I went on my first date with this guy and things were so good, I wanted a serious connection with him.. He said something and I got a little uncomfortable with it, he became cold after I told him about me getting uncomfortable.. He wanted to end things, I got annoyed and I said him a lot of things and even returned his money as he paid the bill on the first date, he became very sad after that.. He hasn't blocked me from anywhere, why?
