What are your standards/criteria for a romantic partner?

1. No previous first love or romantic bonds, especially from youth

2. At least averagely attractive (she does not have to be a super model of course; a 5 or 6 will do)

3. Willing to pursue marriage and kids as an end goal (considers marriage and a family one day)

4. Loyal

5. Can fall in love and consumate a relationship (not aromantic or asexual)

... those are the big 5 for me

Otherwise, I am not that particular. I can find women of pretty much all races and ethnicities attractive, although, I am not into black women in general. I've hit on plenty of Asian and Hispanic girls in my lifetime. I've hit on Tom boys, girly girls, and nerdy girls too. Really, as a Christian myself, I should be seeking other Christian girls, but I don't set a hard deal breaker on it (as guilty as I feel saying that).

I think some of yours are worrying and contradictory. You can have any standard you want so do not think I am blaming you for them, but wanting a willingness to engage and commit while also asking that they are essentially new to the dating scene is a tall order when you're past 18 - and one that is perhaps more vested in your own history than theirs.

Anyhow for my own criteria?

1. Intrigues me.
2. Attractive to me.
3. No major unexplained red flags.

That's probably it for consideration. To go from there to actual partner things need to click, emotions have to happen and so on. Of course I could generalise what it takes to meet those but it wouldn't be something I strictly ask for.

My comment was in regards to wanting someone happy to consummate things but also wholly inexperienced. Someone who falls for and loves you without much baggage while also never having done so before. Of course they exist. But most of us have had someone meaningful to us before and it does not change the meaning a new person can hold.
