To some people maybe I have too high of standards. But I don’t think they're unreasonable. Someone who has high moral value or character. I’m not looking for a sugar mama and I’m not looking for a housewife. I just think I’ll know it when I see it.

I don’t sleep around myself and need someone who shares the same morals and values that I do.

Emotional: Mature and intelligent. Rational. Loving and loyal.
Intelligence: More capable than most. Able to hold down a good career. Can comprehend life’s challenges.
Financial: in my youth, I’d have been open minded. Now, I’d expect her to make at least enough to be able to cover 1/3-1/2 our life. ($100K is good).
Physical: I’m obsessed by petite, hourglass, and busty. Long hair a must. Healthy and fit mandatory.

To sum up the situation:

Emotionally - Available, not closed off.

Intelligence - On par with mine.

Financially - Irrelevant to me.

Physically - Attractive to me.

I honestly think although controversial that both man and woman mate 1st by physical regardless of any kind of chemistry. If they feel chemistry and the opposite sex is not up to their physical standards they drop them for another.
