What is the first thing (looks, personality, money, etc) that makes you fall for a guy?

I notice looks but I fall for personality - I generally lose interest in a guys looks in 3 days if his personality is bad and maybe two months of his personality is neutral.

thats what confuses me. Everybody says I have a really chill personality. And I look pretty decent. However when the girlfriend questions comes up it always go sour
