Asking Women out in today's world?

How do you ask a girl out or try talking to a women them these days when we live in a society where all guys are labeled as "creeps" or "perverts" for trying to talk to a woman we thought was attractive.. I've personally never been in a relationship and I can almost guarantee a "seen" or no reply on dating sites..

Besides being Michael B. Jordan or Idris Elba, how do us average guys go on about this

Centre her out for specialized attention and ask her about her opinion on a topic she is interested in and than offer her specialized feedback you researched ahead of time and invite her to socialize with you about it in the real world, you could do that with bible studies or museum cultural events or Olympic or athletic events or movie screenings or free ballroom dancing classes etc..

I've honestly never thought of that.. I guess you missed the part when I say women vocally advertise that they hate being approached..

I dont see women saying they hate generally being approached. They hate being approached in a creepy and discrespectful way, like catcaling, being rude and demanding. You just use this as an excuse not to approach. If you do it in polite and respectful way you have nothing to worry about besides rejection.
