What are his mistakes that give you the hardest lessons? Drawbacks? What does it teach you in more specific way? How do you deal the conflicts when he doesnot want to take your decision and opinions? Please help

My husband is 15 years younger than me and we have an amazing relationship as well as 2 amazing kids. A great relationship with a younger man absolutely can work out (me and my husband are proof of that). However, with that being said you do have to be compatible maturity wise. He also has to be respectful of you and your decisions/choices (which is true regardless of whether an age gap exists or not). Compromise is necessary in any relationship, but he has to be willing to compromise for you too. He also has to respect your views and choices. However, based on what you've said it doesn't sound like this guy is doing that (and it doesn't sound like he's mature enough to be with an older woman). When you say he "does not want to take your decision and opinions?" you make it sound like he's not even willing to compromise with you when there's different perspectives in the relationship. It also kind of sounds like he doesn't care that much (if at all) about what's important to you and expects you to totally cater to him. One way relationships do not work well (even without considering any sort of age gap). If he's a 'my way or the high way' kind of guy when it comes to relationships than you'd be much better off finding a different guy who is more willing to compromise and just cares about what's important to you.
To be honest it doesn't sound like the problem has to do with an age gap. You can find selfish men unwilling to compromise who are much older, much younger, or the same age. You can also find selfless men who make you a real priority who are much older, much younger (like my husband), or the same age.

Or he is just being too selfish, sometimes he wants to accept my decision but i am the one who is more selfless and compromises more

"He doesn't want to deal with your decision and opinion" This is worrisome. What do you mean? That he does what he wants without considering it's effect on you, or that he doesn't follow your advice about things that mostly affect him. Either way I see trouble if you marry. You are worried too or you wouldn't be asking. Consider seeing a counselor and talking this out, either together, or by yourself. before you marry.
