It's certainly stepping over an ethical line, but she's 18! A child. Young women always have crushes on older men, especially a teacher. Doesn't matter if they're married or not. Hormones are horrific!

The 52 year old should push this girl away and get her into another math class and report the incident. The girl should be quietly reprimanded and told this kind of behavior is unacceptable by the school counselor and principal, and if she pursues it further, she'll need to be transferred to another school.

This might drive home the issue that she can't have her crush and stay in school too. Also it needs to be reported to the kid's parents. Nip it in the bud...

I kissed my English teacher. It was a friendly type kiss… on like his cheek… but he put his hand on my side while I was reaching up to do so and it just kissed him right on the lips. I was super embarrassed! He told me that I was ok n don’t worry. But the way he said it I was jus looking at his lips n some of my lipstick was on them. So I next thing I’m like making out n stuff.

The teacher was married… not to each other. An if u could understand that we cannot help who is attractive to us…. Nor explain why…r what makes us jus feel the way. Guys look at features or clothes etc…. I might c a guy n he’s jus cute with no feelings for him. Then I may walk by n find his eyes jus “hot”… or even some smell… not perfume but something natural.

If you were her parent or the wife of the teacher it would certainly be your business. And it's a negative precedent. Poor example for the other kids AND teachers. You think NO ONE in that school knows about this? I bet every one of her friends knew immediately and from there it's gotten around to everyone else.
