Yeah. If another teacher or supervisor found out that a professor is having a affair with a student, they could lose their job especially if they were their student. But in some cases, arrested. Talking is fine but once it goes to that physical level, all bets are off. Most colleges & schools take something like that very serious. If you were at two different schools, that could be ok. But at the same school, don't think so. Rhat professor could get fired & you could get harassed by people at the school for having a relationship with your professor

Sadly the policies prohibit dating between students and professors but that wouldn't count once you are no longer a student of that organization.

It's against school rules as far as ethics between a teacher and a student. But not illegal since your of age. However, if found out both of you can get into serious trouble if reported by the school administrators. You can have your classes dropped, possibly suspended, and him getting investigated that could lead to suspension without pay or other legal action that can get him fired if they want to take it that far.

not illegal unless your under 18, but in school policies it's not allowed for teacher and student fraternization, In thecase that you get caught or reported, nothing will probably happen to you, and for the teacher, they will get fired and probably won't be able to get a good job teaching afterwards because schools are strick on that
