Why is there so much animosity towards women who date outside their race?

for example, when a man who isn't black only dates black women they say he has the "jungle fever." however when a woman who isn't black only dates black guys she is called a "coal burner, mudshark" and many other derogatory terms.

anyways I ask this question to just hear the opinion of others. to me and judging by my own walks of life I think the reason for this is because a lot of times the reasons why men date outside their race could be justified. maybe,

• he feels like the women in his races are not relationship material
• he feels women outside his race are more peaceful and loving
• he feels sick and tire and wants to explore
• he finds other race of women more attractive
• he loves the culture of the women he chooses to date

meanwhile most women who date outside their race do it for status and many other selfish reason. for example, not saying all do but a lot of white women who've I've come across that only date black men tend to do it because they want to get an ego boost by letting those around her know that she is dating a thug with a BBC and any other derogatory stereotypes that's been placed on black men for a while. giving her the access to brag about "being down with the hood" and intimidate her exes while making her other bffs jealous. the Kardashians are prime sinners of this.

likewise white men get stereotype as being more educated and successful in life. so if a black woman will only date white guys she will then have the access to brag about it and make her past black exes or those who had previously tried to get in her panty jealous.

I think you are a bit biased with this thread.

You leave out one very important factor, outside of the racist anonymous freaks who roam the internet, most men or I would say more men than women, are willing to date outside their race or culture.

But when it comes to women, most women have racial preferences.

My ex could have had her pick of Asian, Latino or "White" guys. But she wanted a brown or dark skinned man. We have had dozens, even hundreds of non-"White" women here profess a preference for "White" guys.

But most men are like me. Sure, I prefer a "Black" woman. But if some gorgeous Asian woman came along, with a great personality and a great mind, screw that. I am shooting my shot. The thing that is funny is, I always knew I could date outside my culture. But I never thought I would date someone as small as my current lady. She isn't even five feet.

Because some people are still stupidly racist, and think that the men (or women) or a certain ethnicity "belong" to the opposite gender of that ethnicity.

I don't know if it's worse for the women than the men (though that wouldn't surprise me); when I start hearing that nonsense, I stop listening.

Non black women who date outside their race (specifically with black men) you can almost guarantee she is a reject within her own community for whatever reason the men in her community find her undesirable to be i. e. she's stupid, doesn't fit cultural norms or is a whore so they tend to go to the lowest value men in society which is the black man.

And if that isn't the case above then the black dude is usually loaded with cash and she will be with him then.

Interesting well I think why women get a harder time about it is yes because they "have options" and men of their race feel betrayed when women of their race don't pick them. They don't think any of the reasons men do it apply to women because obviously they would make the best partners out of all the races of men! So logically the only reasons their women wouldn't pick them is because of selfish superficial reasons. 🤷‍♂️
