Eh, this is why I think women should do MUCH more approaching. Then weird shit becomes less necessary.

I'd much rather some girl be awkward with me than have to be awkward for her. I don't give a shit if she is awkward and just appreciate and am flattered by the effort. It was like this in college when guys would flirt with me. I'd rather that be the case than have to approach a girl who is already expecting it of me and is more ready to criticize than acknowledge the effort that she was probably unwilling to do.

But regardless, I find the whole "cold introduction" to feel very unnatural and long for days when we would meet more people, and more face-to-face and have more people to develop feelings for over time.. Internet age has us all hunkered in our homes behind a screen freaking out when people say hi, and then having to make socializing a more active and intentional process.

But yeah randomly walking up to a girl and asking if she's single would be a pretty uncomfortable way of doing things. You know that you mean no harm, but she doesn't. It's unfair that the reverse wouldn't play out the same way, but that's why it's better that cold-opens not be necessary in the first place. Otherwise it's just the extroverts, players, and salesmen who win.

Don't make it only about being single, chicks don't dig that neither are you figuring out what kinda relationship you want with a person. You pull shit off like that at a bar, safest bet for you to ask that question but you gotta listen to them, figure the chick out, even if that scares you or bores you it's safer to know you're not sticking your dick in crazy and you seem more considerate; Even if it's a one night stand.

I feel a little bad for incels but hating women is never the answer neither is just treating them as a piece of meat but don't be captain save-a-hoe either, what matters is you're a good enough man to be able of even being friends with a chick without drooling over them like a dog at a bone, all there is to it. Chicks give no leeway these days that can be assured, but don't lust over them, live for greater things, it's not only about if you're good enough for them they also better be good enough for you.
