I've unexpectedly developed feelings for a co-worker. It's feels awkward as I'm 32 and she's 21, any advice?

It's a larger age gap than what I am normally ok with. She's a really nice and wonderful person and over the last couple months I've unexpectedly developed feelings for her. I don't know what to do. I know she's out of my league so I'm not gonna say anything but some times my brain filter is on the fritz and something might slip out.

a lot of guys are attracted to me cause i look good, im expressive, charismatic and nice, thats enough for most
but none of them rally know me, my flaws, what i actually like or am into, nor they share my interests orr deep knowledge of my character

She has flaws yes, we all do. I know most of her likes and dislikes we do share a lot of interests. When we first met it was like we were old friends I've told her stuff I've haven't told anyone and Vice versa.
