How to approach co worker who I developed feelings for?

This co worker helped me through my toxic ex and after that I started liking her but I’m pretty sure she sees me as a kid. I’m 21 and she’s 24 almost 25 so there’s an age difference there and she’s older than me. I just wish she wouldn’t see me as a kid. How do I go about this.

Just warning you, dating a coworker is an extremely bad idea. I did it for 3 years. Now we have thankfully patched everything over and get along well. It caused lots of drama and one of us almost got fired. If your really like her, either be prepared to have to find another job, have it end badly or get fired.

The age difference is not that big , maybe it's your additude it could be immature for her or possibly the way you present yourself a button up shirt and slacks look better then a t-shirt and shorts or something like that
