What are some things to ask a guy to get to know them?

This guy and I have gone out a couple times. His schedule has picked up a lot lately and he’s been super busy that we haven’t had a chance to hang out in person again.

We have been texting everyday and the texts are becoming very surface level, so I wanted to really engage in a conversation and get to know him since hanging out in person is a week out.

What are some good things or ways to ask a guy to get to know them on a deeper level?
