Do you think height really matters to women or this is just a social media thing?

I've seen in real life vs online there's a huge difference. I'm pretty short myself at 5'7.

When I used to go outside before people didn't notice my height that much and a lot of women had fun talking to me. But online I see people tend to talk about as it is the biggest thing in a guy. If you don't have height, it's over.

But IRL I tend to find people who are not that much superficial. And this height online is such a big thing which makes a lot of short guys insecure without experiencing it IRL.

IT ONE-HUNDRED-PERCENT MATTERS!!!

The thing with women and their requirements, that I've learned and other men validated is... If you're super, super, SUPER attractive to a woman, then all the rules go out the window. But if a woman doesn't like you at all or doesn't find you to be like an 8 out of 10 or above, then she sticks by her requirements to a T. You can be my height, five-foot-eleven, and every single woman will still tell you you're too short (by an inch). Just like with me. If you look like Michael B. Jordan and you're only five-eleven, then she'll go "Oh, I an overlook your height! It's what's on the inside that counts!" Of course, how many men out there are that attractive? Very few men are Chads and Tyrones.

I do think it's two things. One is generational and the other is social media driven. Women over a certain age; like 25 to 30, may not care about height THAT much, but it's still in their Top Three requirements a man MUST have (along with ego and social status). It's just ranked number three of those three. While young women put it as the top priority on their list.

Women 18 to 25 want height above all else in a man, and if you're under six feet tall, barefoot, in the evening after spinal compression... Then it's over. Instant dealbreaker... Unless you're a 9 out of 10 in looks and have the arrogance to boot. But again like 95-99% of men aren't like that.

So yeah, if you're not already a Chad, then women, especially younger women, will stick to their requirements to a T (cause they aren't really interested in you, anyway). Only Chad gets the Cheat Codes to their heart, and their panties.

@Passion_Devil can comment on this, since she's Goddess-sized.

One thing you'll realize with enough experience is that women love knocking men down a peg whenever they get the chance. Bagging on men even for being average height is just one way they do it. They do the same shit with women they're jealous of. Social media caters to this behavior because they can talk all the smack they want and block anyone who doesn't accept it.

It definitely matters to a lot of women. Most women will not be in relationships or date men who are shorter than them. 96% of women feel this way. However, only a small minority of women demand that a man has to be 6ft tall in order to date them. Most women just want men that are taller than them or at least the same height. Besides, you're not that short at 5'7. There are plenty of women who are your height and shorter than you, including me.

I'm considered tall where I live but when I go visit my relatives a few states away they're all like giants and I wish I could be taller even if I could be your height that would be awesome although honestly I don't really see a difference with how other people look it's how they treat others moreso

Yeah, there's an odd fixation on height and body on social media that evaporates irl.

I think it's because people with the fixation don't tend to be successful in dating irl. Whereas those who can move past it or who don't care about it as much are able to attract partners. Or actually date instead of just being on their phone.

The last few years is the first time I've ever lived on my own without a wife.
The internet is full of people who get off on spreading negativity to make themselves feel better.

We don't witness it but it's easy to overhear they used another excuse to avoid looking shallow. I've been told to my face by a woman I was too short for her tastes. Sure I'm only 5'10 and she's nearly a foot shorter, but I still respected the honesty because she can't suddenly make herself be attracted to me. Tbf, I wouldn't date anyone over 5'3 either so it goes both ways
