My friend got drugged and sexually assaulted by one of her exes, is there a way I can prevent him from working for the gov’t/law enforcement?

This happened a week or so ago. My friend (who is a girl) met up with her abusive ex as he stated to her that he wanted to apologize. She ended up unexpectedly blacking out (I assume from drugs) and was woke up unclothed in his bed).

I don’t believe she wants to press charges (that’s not my decision if she decides to) but I was wondering what I can do to basically stick it to this guy on behalf of my friend.

I know he has a criminal justice degree and either wants to go into law enforcement or become a United States federal agent for something like the FBI. I was wondering if I can take any steps to blacklist him from reaching that goal as he clearly does not deserve it.

The only real way would be if she pressed charges against him. I think every law enforcement agency in the country would automatically know about it if she did that
(cause computers you know). I think the police would not give it as much credibility if you told them as they would if the victim herself told them her story. But this is just my best guess. I’m not an expert or anything.

I think you basically need to stay out of this. White knighting and simping like this will not get you laid and if your friend doesn't want to do anything about it, that should tell you something. It is more likely than not that she slept with him more or less voluntarily, is ashamed of it, and has concocted this story. Even if you were successful, you would probably get sued and draw a lot of unwanted attention to yourself.
