Depends on age of consent and what dependency and alike may be involved.

Where I live 15 is the consenting age. And so unless you were in a position of power over him (which raises the age of consent), took pictures of an adult nature (which until 18 will qualify as you know) or paid money or something it would be fine.
While 15 is technically okay here, most people would judge you for it. I personally, while not agreeing with it, feel I should be campaigning to raise the age rather than going at people adhering to law.
