To me someone is either considerate or inconsiderate. Lack of consideration of others is a deal breaker.

She would smile and say thank you sir go out of her way to help me like at a clothing shop for example put a lot of time and effort into helping me. Or if she’s a real good waitress I like that too and she aims to please.

Go out of her way to give me special treatment I have experienced that before with waitresses. But that’s most likely due to a crush situation
