When you're fat or you're wearing prescription glasses, finding romance is harder for you?

Depends on the person. There's a whole big group of men called 'chubby chasers'. Some women like bigger men. Looks are not all that matter, but we cannot pretend physical attraction is not important. Plus, physical attraction is one of the common ways we first notice a person.

Glasses are the same thing. I have a ridiculously strong prescription but they can be made into contacts. Until I can afford to splurge on them, I just chose a minimalist frame. Still prescription, but aren't awful.

So yeah, it's probably going to be harder and I'd put a lot more emphasis on being overweight than the glasses. But while you cannot control your eyesight, but you can decide between glasses or contacts more of the time. Weight is within 99.99% of people's control. I'd be embarrassed to say how much, but I've used COVID as a time to focus on weight loss and it's been substantial.

It's pretty much wired into our brains with evolution. Physically fit generally mean at least somewhat healthy. And they survived longer to reproduce. If someone bases their entire opinion of someone on their looks, then they're an asshole, man or woman. But wanting a partner that's a pleasure to look at and you're attractive too is not something anyone should be upset with others about.

My brother is only about 5'4". He is kinda round I don't wan to call him fat but he is & he wears glasses. He had the girls running after him all the time. Married a very nice looking woman who is taller then he is by an inch or more. So all this I'm to short I'm fat I wear glasses the women won't even look at me is nothing but horse hooey. For most people it has more to do with the person then anything else.

I'm happy for your brother, but let's be honest, how many of the boys or girls who combine all these characteristics have been successful as your sibling, while even someone with only one of these physical characteristics often finds it difficult to deal with the opposite sex and often loses self-confidence. I think your brother is an exceptional example.
