There's a company just over the hill from where I lived that hired mongoloids and retarded people to work in their factory. I have no idea what they make in there but, every day around 4:00 or so, they'd come flooding out of that building with lunchboxes and get on the bus to go home.

Well considering that half of all adults will experience some form of mental illness in their lives it'd be safe to say that they do.

That said, you don't disclose weaknesses to potential employers unless you're legally required to do so. They're already looking for reasons to waste your time, don't give em any.

Sure. Being mentally ill doesn't mean you can't function in society or a profession. There's actually a term for that. If an individual has a mental condition but they aren't detected by the people around them, that's called "high functioning". Like you can be a high functioning psychopath or autist or whatever.

Yeah, I got hired and I have Melancholic Depression, Inattentive ADHD, and Avoidant Personality Disorder. Its not fun in the least but it can be done.
