Well everyonce brains are set diffrently
is there a huge change to someone that has a metal illness not likely in most cases its a small change
Brains is a huge thing with lots of moving parts in it
and a small change pysically can create a huge change outside

So yes and no, the brain is a brain and there deffrince in most cases will be as small as one between one person to the next

Mind is wired differently in such a way that happens
Some got the brain wired to not hear, some wired to remember there visit to somewhere
the brain is complex and if you got something just a little different you can end with pretty much anything
be a genius, have tons of hormones released, not being able to breath, panicking, seeing ghosts, dieing

I think that sometimes people's brains have too much or too little serotonin and other mood enhancing substances. This may cause manic depression and other ailments.
