Would you hire someone if they disclosed they have anxiety disorder?

So many things are expected to be respected in the work place. Age, race, gender identity, religion and so forth. I find if someone knows I have anxiety, that it makes the anxiety less!

idc as long as work gets done, they communicate enough, and it doesn't get in the way frequently

like i'd get it bc i have it and have had plenty of embarrassing situations, but it's on me to manage it or call in if im having an episode

Sh-t employers that hire me at full time and then they don’t provide full time hours and I’m left looking for a different employer that will provide full time!

Yeah that would piss me off too. They do that so they don't have to pay benefits.

It’s been this way for approaching five years. It’s left me anxious going into any new job, I don’t feel it will last. I don’t care about benefits, I care about financial stability.

You and me both. It's why I went for a salaried position. Regardless of how little or much I work my pay doesn't change, though I get bonuses if I work extra.
