At a anime convention and how do I get rid that little bit of pain and sorrow when I see couple's? It always happens, is this normal?

Everytime I see people holding hands my heart is like in pain and feel like someone is wrong with me. I always think why I can't get a girlfriend and I just feel sad 🥺
Probably I don't know what's it like to date, hold a girl, and that I'm just super lonely 😔
