Seeing couples is making me upset, can't stop the feeling?

I don't have anything against couples, in fact logically I'm happy but emotionally I'm not and this happens all the time. I was out with my mom and of course today is Friday so it was just nothing but happy couples holding hands and I saw this couple, both people about my age passing by. my heart instantly sank and I haven't been right since. I know that in order to be happy I have to be happy for them. In fact I don't give to shits about them it's just that my heart hurts now and I don't know what to do really.

Tbh its annoying seeing couples out and about. I dread the weekends because thats all you see. It seems fake and more than likely its the honeymoon stage. We dont even know if they will last forever or years to come at that. Dont worry about it. Dont even look at them
