My boyfriend does sports aswell but he hates it that I'm more in shape than him what should I do?

He can try to get more in shape to keep up with you, or he can get the fuck over it. Well that can take time, but it won't be too hard if she likes your body for you to start liking it yourself, even if you think it would be better with more muscle. Most people's ideal body just isn't worth it to them the work and time it would take to maintain it. That's fine as long as you still have a healthy body.

I suggest (assuming you like this guy) you just let him know you like him how he is, and you don't find him less attractive just because you have more muscle. A lot of guys feel pressure to be physically strong anyways, so alleviating some of that from yourself can make it easier for him to lower the standard to a more reasonable/practical level that isn't just comparison and competition.

Yeah that’s not your fault if you’re in better shape than him, he needs to work on his insecurity there and not want to hold you back from being in shape just because it makes him feel bad by comparison

I guess, in a way, you might be coming off as obnoxious about it. If you are in better shape, stay humble and encourage him to work on himself; refrain from being patronizing.
