If feels like he can probably. I think it depends on his attractiveness. A guy that´s considered hot/attractive by every woman is more likely to play around and cheat because he feels like it´s his chance to.
It also depends on the amount of attention he gets from other women.
I would therefore say not all young guys are cheating but some will due to the fact that they are attractive for many young women so they won´t settle down.

I've had several jobs ever since 2016. And in all jobs there’s the “hot guy” or the “hot girl”.
And I’ve seen these people cheat on their significant other , time & time again.

When you're younger and hormonal I'd say there's probably a large portion that either cheat once or at least get the thought of cheating but never go through with it.
