I mean it doesn’t really matter which app he uses. LOOK at how he interacts with you on said app. Does he ask for you snap to send you nudes and ask for them=immature and not serious. Does he reply to your stories, send you cool stuff and talk about serious topics and joke with you= he probably likes you and wants to get to know you better :)

I think you need to not be too judgmental about people. In his friendship group, they may use Snapchat. People just use what their social circle use. Just saybyou don't have Snapchat if you don't and he probably won't judge you either.
