What about a learning disability person that is trying to join a dating for only to learn disability is being difficult?

I was looking online for dating sites that are only for learning disabilities. The one that I am trying to join is called love2meet and sent an application form through the post. Didn't even get the letter back for logging details and then my mum called the dating sites and got a call back that they have two post codes and things got lost and the person said the dating site had updated to email and did get applications through email. That I have already done one and now have to do full in application form. That is an annoying part. Only thing that I need is to make a reference again.

Not to insult anyone with a learning disability but you would think people would make it easier to sign up / navigate the website etc.. it seems people make everything difficult these days.
