What can I do that I trying to join a learning disability special dating sites but the joining process is very difficult?

I am 23 years old and have a learning disability, I am trying to join a dating site only for learning disabilities. The dating site is called Love2meetU Only moves a tiny bit forward. Didn't get any letter in the post at all but got an application from my mums & dad email. That I have already done once already. I already did reference that I already did once for a post application. Now I have to get the same reference again for having more than one post code and they also update their websites. That also included joining the membership. My mum always says rings up a person that I know very well. I kept reminding her but still forgetting. I just find it very annoying. It should be easy and they should let us know if they were updated to join them. Both of them are the same way. One is different but having to book an appointment for one is called all we need is love. Those are only three options for learning disabled dating sites and dating agencies. There were more learning disability dating sites and dating agencies, but most of them got shut down after looking down in England.
