@asker True but as a rule of thumb men want a lot less from women than women do from men however typically when females give advice they ignore their role and only focus on what men should do for them. As you're finding out you can easily get sex but you're struggling to get a commitment. in my opinion you're on the correct path however instead of trying to use sex as leverage you should use it to initiate a direct conversation. Ask the next guy you like. Where do you see us in ____ months? What do you like about me? Etc, I know this approach goes against what you've been taught but a man is going to appreciate a woman who doesn't play so many games.
