As women get older, they've heard every pick-up line, which means that a guy has to be smarter than the average bear in order to come up with something new.
There are lines that work, or at least they will catch the lady's interest, which is all that really matters. No man in his right mind shares successful pick-up lines, but I will advise against trying to use one in a bar or club, where women are automatically on guard and may be with a girlfriend who will act as a cock-block.
Catch them where they least expect it, in places like department stores and grocery stores. Once you have them off guard, then you give them your pickup line. Keep in mind that even when well prepared, expect more failures than sucess.
"Hey. I saw you from over there. My name's [______]. I know you're not very tall or anything, but I like you anyway. You've got a mysterious aura about you. Like you've been through a lot and you've got a story to tell. Could I grab a drink with you and learn more about you?"
Of course, a genuinely woman saying this in real life is impossible. But she'd win me over with this, if she said it.
Basically, a woman would just need to be real and honest with me to grab my attention. Good luck of ever having that happening.
When I was a teenager, a guy acquaintance said to me, "You have a beautiful smile when you want to smile." No one ever said that to me. I was so stunned because he wasn't hitting on me. It was just something he was stating matter-of-factly. I never forgot that and I think it would work on me of I were single.
I always compliment girls for what they deserve to be complimented. I never ever thought that girls thought about it this much. That girls got affected by it this much. They are always small things, no more.
I compliment them on their studies, their intelligence, their professional and personal qualities, nothing more. Because they are of that caliber, so I compliment them really freely and honestly.
I really doubt that my friends give it any second thought. What do you think?

A pick up line only works if the other person already finds you attractive. At best the cheesy humor can lighten someone up. But I know attractive women are being told nonstop almost every day about how hot they are.
I donât do it. Instead I first make a innocuous comment about the surroundings and I watch her body language. If she ignored me or gives a one curt response I move on. If she seems interested I start a conversation and take it from there.
I have yet to respond to pick up lines from strangers. Just have fun and be yourself. If we click, I'll invite you to my place to hang out, probably with a group of people. We don't have to do anything romantic, but if I like you, I'll do everything close to you. After that, you can say anything that isn't completely, irredeemably stupid or insane, and we'll be okay.
Was in college late for a class, booking it down a flight of steps and on the last set I saw this girl who I thought was really cute. Slipped on a step, almost ran into her and fell back to the wall. She just stared at me really awkwardly.

I hate those kind of things cuz I do not think it is serious things. Attraction only by physical appearance or some several words indicates weakness. So by that way I do not pick up anyone and also I do not put anyone down like no one does the same thing to me.
I like quirky silly pick up lines 😂even if a guy fails at delivering a pick up line, I like that 😂 but you throw me a good weird silly and funny pick up line and I'll melt like a glacier hugged by global warming!
Pickup lines are stupid to me. I just talk to anyone being myself. It's really that simple. If I like her than I'll eventually her to exchange phone numbers with me.
As for approaching me, I love compliments. A compliment from a woman I find attractive instantly grabs my attention and I'll focus on her to see if my interest increases going further with her.
I don't feel comfortable being called pretty or being told I look good. But it's so heartwarming when someone tells me they like my attitude, thoughts, actions, or how I write, draw, etc, stuff like that are meaningful.

Maybe itâs just me but when Iâve been told pickupâs with compliments I always feel like itâs a joke. Tbh every girl like funny things , so funny pick up lines will always work. Just donât make them weird. We tend to remember funny moments better. Youâll definitely get girlsâ attention faster.
