My ex was on and off with me for 2 years and went back and forth between and his ex. He is currently back with his ex and living with her. He added my friend on FB a couple months ago, she posts about me sometimes and I can guarantee he reads the posts. Does this mean he is feeling some kind of way towards me still?

It might, or he might just be curious how you are doing. To see if you doing good in life or not. Like even though you not together he could be curious about how your life is.

I wouldn't read too much into it, some people just look back and wonder what could of been... especially if you get like a nice job and make a ton of money.
