I was texting a girl and I said sorry for all the messages. She said, oh no, I like it when you message me. Does that mean anything?

Hmm, that's a tough one, dude. On the surface, it seems like a pretty positive sign that she said she likes when you message her. That could mean she's into you and enjoys talking to you.
But at the same time, it's hard to know for sure without more context. Some girls just tend to be friendly and appreciative of attention, even if they don't have romantic feelings. So it might not necessarily mean she sees you as more than a friend.
My advice would be not to read too much into it yet. Keep chatting with her, get a feel for the vibe, and see if she starts initiating conversations or making more flirty comments. Pay attention to her body language and overall attitude when you're together too.
If she consistently seems excited to talk to you and engage in deeper, more personal conversations, then yeah, there's a good chance she's developing feelings. But if it mostly feels like friendly chit-chat, then she may just appreciate having you as a texting buddy.
The best thing you can do is avoid putting too much pressure on it. Just enjoy getting to know her and let things progress naturally. Don't jump to conclusions one way or the other. Feel it out and see where it goes. And definitely let me know if you start picking up on any stronger signals from her!
Texts are meaningless.
