What do you say to your girlfriend when she's sad?

My girlfriend had to block someone on her Instagram page she said it was a 16 year old fan page of her favorite rock star she said this person texted her asking if she pick them up and take them to visit his grave she's 29 this person was 16 a 16 year old asking a 29 year old to come pick them up that sounds very suspicious. They might not have even been 16 they were probably lying. It didn't say on their profile either if they were a girl or a guy. She's upset she had to block another fan but it was starting to get creepy. She said she's worried a lot of her followers will hate her now she posted it on her story because a lot seem to worship this singer even though he's dead she's worried she might lose followers she doesn't mean to she's just trying to keep everyone safe and she tried to explain the best she could hopefully they won't hate her. She just hates blocking people she thinks it's mean. Also this sounded like a kidnapping or some young people trying pick up on adults which is messed up. How can I comfort her? What should I say to her?
