Should I expect my ex to come back, again?

We were on and off for 2 years. He dated his ex on and off for 5 years before me and now he is currently back with her and living with her. He has gone back and forth multiple times over the past 2 years. He has me currently blocked like he usually does. Should I expect him to come back at some point in the future? I don't think they will ever work out but for whatever reason they keep going back to each other.

This is the problem with so many women in this age. They simply cannot let go of the past. This man has been back and fourth, sleeping with his ex, and then sleeping with the other ex. This means he is an unknown quantity in terms of sexual health risk... yet she still wants him back, instead of looking to the future with a new partner. I cannot think of anything more mentally unhealthy than waiting and wanting this guy to come back.
