Do you ever get tired of being commented? Didn't think so. So why would it be any different for women. I would say her reaction probably depends on how much self confidence she has. A real confident woman probably does get tired of it when she knows it's not genuine. But those women who are just attention whores never tire of it. Because deep down they feel their body is all they have to offer the world.
This question reminds me of a celebrity who will remain nameless. That when asked about all his adoring "fans". He said he appreciates their support. But in reality they don't love him. They love his celebrity. They want to be able to say they know me. Feel people in the world really love you, want what's best for you. Most of them just want of piece of me. That's just reality.

"Your tattoos make you look like a bar whore."

A girl might get annoyed though for one of two reasons
1) they think theyre way out of your league like "how dare you think you have a chance with me"

2) when theyre just not looking for a relationship right now
